SHANGHAI, July 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MaxsMaking Inc. (the "Company" or "MaxsMaking"), a manufacturer of customized consumer goods with a focus on advanced technology and innovation, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 1,625,000 A shares, par value $0.01 per share (the "A Shares"), at a public offering price of $4.00 per share for gross proceeds of $6,500,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The A Shares have been approved for listing on the and are expected to commence trading on July 7, 2025, under the ticker symbol "MAMK".
The Company has granted the underwriter an option, within 45 days from the closing date of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 243,750 A Shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts, to cover the over-allotment option, if any.
The Offering is expected to close on July 8, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. Joseph Stone Capital, LLC is acting as the sole underwriter for the Offering. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP is acting as U.S. counsel to the Company, and Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP is acting as U.S. counsel to the underwriter, in connection with the Offering.
The Company intends to use approximately 45% of the proceeds from this Offering for construction of production facilities and expansion of its scale of production, approximately 20% for potential strategic investment and acquisitions, approximately 15% for new hires in the sales, IT, production and management departments, approximately 12% for marketing and the remaining approximately 8% for product and software research and development.
