Now in its 13th edition, Negroni Week 2025 runs from 22 to 28 September 2025, with proceeds from participating events donated to charity. The initiative celebrates cocktail culture in partnership with bars and restaurants around the world.

This year’s Opening Night atCaleō Bar, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok, was honored by the presence of world-renowned guest bartenderSimone Caporale, a five-time winner of the No.1 spot onThe World’s 50 Best Bars. Proceeds from the evening were donated toSlow Food, a global non-profit organization dedicated to preserving local food cultures and promoting sustainable gastronomy.

In 2024, more than 13,000 bars and restaurants across nearly 90 countries participated in Negroni Week, collectively raising over USD 600,000. These funds supported 24 scholarships for hospitality professionals and 17 community projects worldwide. For Negroni Week 2025, the Negroni Week Fund will once again be directed throughSlow Food, providing direct support to hospitality communities, helping preserve cultural and biological diversity, promoting food and beverage education through knowledge exchange, and fostering equity and quality of life.
